Common questions
Do I need a medical team too?
For many eating concerns, coordinated care with a physician and dietitian is important. I am glad to work alongside your medical providers.
Will you focus on my weight?
No. My approach is weight-inclusive and focused on your relationship with food, your body, and the emotions underneath — not a number on a scale.
